意思不同、用法不同、侧重点不同。the same as表示“与…相似，与…一样”的意思；as same as表示“和…一样”的意思。the same as有一定的主观性判断，认为是事实；as same as侧重于客观性的判断，事实上是一样的。
the same as 和as same as 的区别
1、the same as：与…相似，与…一样。后面只接名词，介词或者相关的短语。
用作形容词时指谈论的不同人和不同事物是同样的或实际上是同一个人或同一个事物，总和the连用。
